From Pittsburgh, shaped by the energy of Miami Beach and currently based in Dallas. Self-taught and instinct-driven, Francis works across raw canvas, inks, spray paint, and acrylics to create large-scale works balancing chaos, movement, and intimacy.
Her process is deeply intuitive — layering moody washes, graffiti-like marks, and fragmented forms that shift with perspective. A small rabbit quietly appears throughout her work, acting as a recurring symbol of whimsy, vulnerability, and escape.
Influenced by outsider art, urban landscapes, and subconscious emotion, Francis approaches painting as both meditation and rebellion — creating atmospheric works that explore memory, escapism, and the tension between softness and destruction.
